Welcome
This site is for members and future members of our Age of Empires Mobile alliance on Server 330. If you want an organized, respectful and low-drama alliance that still performs in events, you are in the right place.
We are a mixed group of casual and competitive players who like structure, clear plans and low noise. Our focus is simple: play smart, respect people, and win together.
- Game: Age of Empires Mobile
- Server: 330
- Style: Organized teamwork, not ego wars
- Primary language: English (other languages welcome if you can follow basic calls)
Alliance Rules
Our Core Philosophy
We are many players with different backgrounds, schedules and skill levels. The only way an alliance this size stays effective — and fun — is if we treat it like a team, not a battlefield of egos.
These rules exist so experienced players can share what they know, newer players can ask questions without fear, and we all spend our energy on the game instead of on each other. We are built on mutual respect and cooperation, and we remember there is a real person behind every screen.
Login & Activity
- Real life first: if you are away for more than a couple of days, inform leadership.
- Normal periods: log in regularly and do daily tasks or equivalent (events, rallies, contributions).
- Major events: participation is expected unless you agreed an exception with an Officer.
- Inactivity: repeated, unannounced inactivity can lead to removal to free space for active players.
Gameplay & Warfare
- Do not attack random gathering marches unless a war is clearly declared with rules explained.
- Follow target calls from R4/R5 instead of soloing strong cities for ego.
- Join rallies and garrisons when pinged during big fights and events.
- Use shields if you will be offline during heavy action and you know you may be a target.
Communication & Behaviour
- No harassment, personal attacks or toxic comments in alliance or kingdom chat.
- Criticism about gameplay should be specific and helpful, not personal.
- If leadership asks you to drop a topic or switch focus during an event, do it first and discuss later in private if needed.
- Problems with another member should go through an Officer, not public arguments.
Leadership & Ranks
An alliance of this size only functions when the work behind daily operations is owned rather than scattered. These divisions exist so that events, coordination and the tools you rely on keep running without friction.
- R5 – Leader: overall direction, diplomacy, final decisions on wars and merges.
- R4 – People & Culture (HR): member issues, conflicts, rule enforcement, morale.
- R4 – Operations: event schedules, rally coordination, daily task oversight.
- R4 – Strategy: war tactics, event plans, territory and counter-play.
- R4 – Tech & Tools (IT): Discord, bots, tools, forms and infrastructure.
- R3 / R2: trusted members supporting rallies, mentoring and operations.
- R1: core members expected to follow strategy and contribute positively.
If you are promoted, demoted or moved, you will be told why and what is expected from you.
Disciplinary Policy
We believe in fair, consistent consequences. Boundaries exist to protect the alliance as a whole — not to punish individuals for fun. Officers handle all disciplinary actions.
- Minor violations (insults, disrespectful language, unnecessary drama): first offence gets a warning; repeated behaviour leads to Jail status.
- Jail durations: 1st escalation: 1 day; 2nd: 2 days; 3rd: 1 week.
- Possible removal: severe or continued violations, including during Jail, may result in removal if needed to protect alliance unity.
- Violations include: insults, harassment, ignoring Officer calls, creating chaos during events, or any behaviour that damages alliance cohesion.
- Appeals: if you believe a decision was unfair, message the Leader privately after the fact — never in public chat.
Leadership holds itself to the same standard. Frustrations are handled privately, not in chat.
Guides
These are simple starting guidelines for members of our alliance on Server 330. They are not strict rules, but following them will make your growth faster and our coordination easier.
Early Game Priorities
- Push your main building and core unlocks at a steady pace.
- Keep research and troop training running whenever possible.
- Join alliance rallies for PvE whenever you have free marches.
- Focus on a small number of troop types instead of upgrading everything at once.
Technology & Buildings
- Prioritize tech that improves training speed, march speed and resource gain.
- Keep hospitals and warehouses at safe levels so war losses do not destroy your progress.
- Upgrade buildings to unlock new features and troop tiers early, then fill in supporting structures.
Daily Routine Example
- Log in, collect resources, free chests and alliance helps.
- Queue at least one research and one building upgrade.
- Train troops in all available buildings.
- Send marches to gather or help with alliance activities.
- Check events and do the ones that give the best rewards for your time.
War & Event Tips
- Read event mail and alliance pings before you start hitting anything.
- Use recommended troop types and commanders for alliance rallies when asked.
- Avoid feeding enemy kills with random solo attacks; let organized rallies do the heavy work.
- Ask if you are unsure about a build, commander pairing or troop type — leadership would rather answer questions than fix avoidable mistakes later.
